By downloading or using FrictionApp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FrictionApp uses Apple's Screen Time API to block selected apps on your device at your request. Unblocking requires typing an exact phrase and completing a 60-second waiting period. The app is a self-control tool — it blocks apps only when you choose to activate it.
FrictionApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrictionApp and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial losses from purchases made while the app was not functioning as expected.
All data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export or delete all data at any time from the Settings screen.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Use the "Delete All Data" option in Settings before uninstalling to remove all stored data.
